Our fees vary depending on the type of service provided. The information below outlines the fees for our psychological services, including talking therapy, coaching and supervision.

Private consultation
Online or in-person, assessment and therapy sessions, including hypnotherapy. No referral is required.
Payment for the full amount is required on the day of your appointment .
60 mins | $280
Includes a 50-minute consultation, with an additional 10 minutes allocated to preparation, documentation and other work related to your appointment.
Medicare consultation
Online or in-person, therapy sessions are available.
If you have a referral from your General Practitioner (GP) or another eligible healthcare provider, you may be eligible to claim a Medicare rebate.
Payment for the full amount is required on the day of your appointment . We can process your Medicare claim on the spot, making it easy and convenient for you to receive your rebate.

The Medicare rebate depends on the length of the face-to-face consultation. The rebate shown above applies to a consultation of 50 minutes or more. Shorter consultations attract a lower Medicare rebate.

Health insurance
If you have private health insurance with extras cover, you may be eligible to receive a rebate for your session.
Please check with your health insurance provider to determine your level of cover and eligibility for rebates.
Payment for the full amount is required on the day of your appointment . We can process your private health insurance claim on the spot, so you can receive your rebate at the time of payment, where eligible..

WorkCover
Online or in-person, access specialised psychological support for work-related injuries and mental health challenges through our WorkCover services.
Payment for the full amount is required on the day of your appointment. You will be provided with a receipt to submit to your insurer for reimbursement. Please check with insurer regarding your eligibility and the amount that can be reimbursed.

WorkSafe reimbursement | Up to $187.66*
The amount reimbursed by WorkSafe depends on your claim and eligibility. Please check with WorkSafe for details.
NDIS
Online or in-person, we offer psychological services for individuals with self-managed plans under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Payment for the full amount is required on the day of your appointment. You will be provided with a receipt so you can submit a claim for reimbursement through the NDIS.

Payment is required upfront for all sessions at Waystone Wellness. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or electronic funds transfer (EFT).

At Waystone Wellness, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way of scheduled appointments. However, in order to provide the best possible care to all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 business hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client who may be in need of our services. In the event that you do not provide us with sufficient notice and miss your appointment, you will be charged the full fee for the missed session.

You do not need a referral to see us at Waystone Wellness. However, please note that if you do not have a referral, you will not be eligible to claim Medicare rebates for your sessions.
